How do I order?

Do I need to register to make a purchase?

No, you don’t. But we do recommend you to register an account so that you can do a faster checkout for your next purchases. Also if you register an account, you can track the process your order.

 

Can I track my order?

You can track your order only if you have registered an account. You can check it through the track order option on the top right menu.

 

Can I order sold out items?

We sometimes re-stock several selected items, but not all. But you can email us to ask for the particular item that you like, complete with the size and color, and we will try to find whether that item is still available in our physical store inventory, although we can’t guarantee its availability.

 

Do you have any physical store?

Yes we do. Please kindly click our “Store Locator” menu to find out our store location.

 

Can I pay by credit card?

We’re sorry, as of now we only accept bank transfer payment.

 

How soon can I get my order?

I haven’t received my order. It’s been late for several days. What should I do?

 

Usually it takes around 2-5 days for JNE to deliver your item. But if it takes unusually longer than that, please contact us at admin@reims-store.com.

 

Why are my orders cancelled?

If you haven’t make a payment (and confirm it with us) within 2x24 hours after making an order, then the order will be automatically cancelled.

 

What if I have make a payment but forgot to confirm it?

Please contact us at admin@reims-store.com.

 

Can I return or exchange the items that I’ve bought?

We can exchange your purchase if the items received are damaged when they arrive, or if there is a mismatch in size. You have a maximum period of 5x24 hours since the items arrived to contact us and to send back the item to us.

Please note that the items should be returned unused, unwashed, and the label tag and packaging still intact. The shipping fee back to our office will be customer’s responsibility, and the shipping fee of the exchange items back to you will be our responsibility.

If the specific size that you want is out of stock, we will give you a voucher code with the amount of your purchase, so you can use it to purchase other items on our website.
